Awesome old fashioned tight ship running restaurant. Busy vibe with swift efficiency of staff. Poutine was as suspected, just heavenly, Jesus Murphy. It's definitely right at the top of all time best poutines, almost forgot to mention I had a cheeseburger as well, no word of a lie probably THE best take out burger I've ever had. Such simple ingredients and toppings, including diced cabbage and shredded carrot, absolutely glorious!

One of the best poutines I had, and definitely the best fast eat place to eat at Sherbrooke. The fries are well filled potatos (not like those frozen cheap ones) the texture of the fries are perfect crunchy and soft on the inside. The gravy was perfect not too salty at all! The whole mix was very satisfying. The hotdog i had it steamed. Definitely a must go fast eat. Its very popular and there's alot a lot of customers but the service is very fast and theres always a place to sit. They are doing extremely well as a business. Very very happy to have found this jewel at Sherbrooke because there are not alot of places that I like so far! But this one is a complete win! Delicious!

Great place for a poutine or a smoked meat.. yet does not compair to montreal's shawtz .. but decent non the less friendly service and a must for anyone who comes to sherbrooke .. they are renounced for their fries i must agree they are pretty tasty

In town from NYC. Found Louie's in beautiful Sherbrooke, Quebec. The food is very good, the staff is helpful and friendly and the prices are low.

Honestly, the best poutine anywhere. Others can come close, but the gravy and fries are just heavenly! The curds, while refrigerated, are usually fresh daily (and come from Coaticook!). Hands down, the best poutine around !
